It turns out that this ceramic manufacturer is one of Efort’s partners!

Years ago, actually, the manufacturer imported a high-pressure grouting equipment from Italy, with costing more than ten million yuan. However, the factory could not bear the high operating and maintaining cosr and stopped using it finally.

Foshan, Guangdong, is the largest production for ceramics in China. Ceramic insustry has become one of the local pillar industries since the 80s. Spray printing is the most crucial productive technology in ceramic manufacturing, which directly determines the quality of productions. And production made by robots have better quality and stabilization, with efficiency rising by 40%.

Now, the equipment used in production line is from Efort, which costed three years to research. It is not only that the prizes of equipment and parts are much lower, but also matches their needs further.

Efort’s Deputy General Manager Zeng Hui also said, when interviewed by CCTV, that Efort would adhere to independent innovation, layout core components’ R&D, and continue to focus on providing other industries’ solution for the upgrading of Chinese traditional manufacturing.

What happened in this ceramic company’s production line is just an epitome in the process of Chinese manufacturing’s revolution. Depending on low prize and big scale, many large companies in ceramics seized market share before. But now, changing is happening.
